 Facts. 

  1. She had no visible injuries on the Late Late Show with James Corden. The show was taped on December 16th, 2015. This calls into question the abuse she claims she suffered on December 15th, 2015. â€‹

  2. ​Amber Heard was previously arrested for assault in 2009 against her then-partner, Tasya Van Ree. â€‹

  3. Tasya did NOT defend her at the time of the incident.

  4. The officer that arrested Heard in 2009 was a out gay woman and a gay rights activist. 

  5. ​Heard plead guilty to the charge of misdemeanor domestic violence in the Washington court.​

  6. The only reason that Heard was not convicted of the charge was because it did not happen in her place of residence (California).​

  7. Heard was put on a two year good behavior watch for the incident in 2009. 

  8. ​Amber Heard refuses to step in a court under the scrutiny of a judge to prove any of her abuse claims. â€‹

  9. The police, Officers Saenz and Hadden, who responded to the May 21st, 2016 911 call placed by iO Tillet Wright saw no visible injuries on Heard, nor did they see any damage to the property.. 

  10. Heard's injuries (or lack thereof) do not line up with the abuse that she claims happened. 

  11. Heard never filed a police report. 

  12. Heard asked for 50k in spousal support, a Range Rover, three condominiums in the Eastern Columbia Building, and paid legal fees in a letter sent to Laura Wasser by Spector on Heard's behalf. â€‹

  13. She never provided metadata for any of the photos that she submitted as evidence. 

  14. Samantha McMillen stated that she did not see any injuries on Amber Heard on December 16th, 2015.
