A Motion For Dismissal - Amber Heard's 2019 Court Filing against Johnny Depp
As many of you have already seen, Amber Heard filed a motion for dismissal against Johnny Depp's defamation filing. She cites the difficulty of the case taking place in Virginia, and asks for the case to be moved to the California courts, or entirely dismissed altogether. In the filing, she describes a number of alleged incidents where Johnny assaulted her, and there are a number of exhibits that presumably prove this.

Except they prove nothing and are absolutely worthless.

She has changed several stories (some multiple times) since her 2016 declaration for her temporary restraining order. There are a number of stories that she never submitted originally, but has now included. Similarly, to our knowledge, she has no metadata for any of the photos she submitted, and she has no medical records for any of the supposed injuries.

I am going to go through this document, explain everything regarding the law, and then pick apart her declaration and cross-reference it with her "evidence" and other photos of her during the dates mentioned, along with her previous declaration and possibly Johnny's witness statement.
