So...this is her current telling of the May 21st incident, or what I call the Cell Phone Incident.

I noticed that there are some differences between the two accounts of the incident. However, before I get into those, I want to supplement two videos that dive into this entire incident in very specific detail, asking questions that most people wouldn't think to ask.
​
There are many details in this account that, at first glance, may seem normal...but if you look a little closer, a lot of things don't add up.
​
Especially when you read Johnny's account of the incident...after that, this one seems like bad fan fiction.

2016
Let's first discuss this account. She says that he arrived at the residence at approximately 7:15 PM, and he was already drunk and high. When he got there, Elizabeth Marz was present, along with Raquel and Josh. Hang on, is she saying there were in Condo 3? Or that they were in their own condo...
​
Anyway, she says that her and Johnny started talking about his mother, and then he suddenly started obsessing over "something" that was untrue...he became extremely angry. She tried to calm Johnny down by calling one of his "trusted employees"...and when that didn't work, he got more angry.
​
She evidently sent a text to Raquel (so I guess she was in her own condo and not actually present with Amber and Johnny), about Johnny.
2019
Ok, so Johnny and Amber met at their Downtown Los Angeles home to "discuss their relationship"...she texted Raquel and Josh to come over, and also called iO Tillet Wright. Johnny screamed at iO...eventually iO told Amber to get out of the house...and then Johnny threw a phone at her. After this, he began to grab her by the hair and slap/shake/yank her around the room.

(How does one shake someone around the room? This sounds like dancing.)

This account packs more story into it than the other one, but we will compare them anyway.

2016
- She mentions a time, 7:15 PM.
- She mentions Liz and Josh.
- She mentions Johnny's mother.
- She mentions Johnny obsessing about "something".
- She says she called a "trusted employee".
- She says she only texted Raquel.

- There is no mention of Liz and Josh.
- No mention of Johnny's mother.
- No mention of Johnny's obsession.
- No mention of a "trusted employee".
- Says she called iO Tillet Wright.
- She says she texted both Josh and Raquel.

- They were in the condo

Ok, now she is saying that she called iO...but who was the "trusted employee" before? Jerry Judge? Sean Bett?

And actually she says that she called iO at Johnny's demand...but in the 2019 version she decided to call iO on her own to calm Johnny down.
​
In the 2016 version, she says she called iO on speaker phone, but then in the 2019 version...
In both versions, Johnny wound up like a baseball pitcher (what an interesting detail) and, while drunk and high, managed to aim perfectly for Amber's face. It struck her eye and cheek (impossible to strike both at the same time given the shape of the phone) with "great force".

Johnny continued to "abuse" her in both versions with relatively similar methods...but then,

Amber never told iO to call 911 according to her 2019 account.
​
In both versions, Raquel let herself into the condo (without Josh), and in both versions, Johnny let go of Amber, and then Raquel and Johnny ran towards Amber at the same time.
​
In 2016, Raquel begged Johnny to stop...but in 2019, Raquel calmly asked Johnny to stop. Johnny is screaming..blah blah.

Then, the door opens, and Jerry Judge/Sean Bett entered the penthouse.

Johnny lets go of Amber, and Amber tells Sean/Jerry that if Johnny "hits her one more time, she is going to call the police"...but recall in 2016, Amber screamed at iO (who was on the phone) to call the police.

In 2016, Johnny started smashing things with the wine bottle before he screamed at Amber 10 times.
​
In 2019, he smashed things with the wine bottle after he screamed at her 10 times.
​
There is NO mention of Josh in 2016 until the end. In 2019, Amber says Josh and Johnny squared off in the hallway.

In 2016, Johnny entered PH5 by himself. In 2019, he demanded that he be let in, and Jerry/Sean let him in.
​
In 2016, Liz Marz was present in PH3. In 2019, she was in PH5, which Johnny chased her out of.
Also Johnny destroyed ALL of Raquel's beads. ALL OF THEM. EVERY SINGLE BEAD, JOHNNY DESTROYED IT.

She also says that Jerry and Sean did nothing.
