Here, Melissa Saenz, a responding officer to the May 21st 2016 incident at the Eastern Columbia Building penthouse owned by Johnny Depp, describes what she observed during the incident. Amber Heard was uncooperative, refused to answer questions, and there was no damage to either her person or to any of the penthouses.
Saenz also states that she was unaware of who Amber Heard was, nor did she know that the penthouses were owned by Johnny Depp.
