Upon reading this doc, the first thing I want you to notice is the difference in paragraph structuring. In Heard's declaration, every time she starts to describe a specific incident, she very rarely, if ever, talks about evidence until the very end of the story. She just talks and talks and talks about exactly what happened, and THEN says "attached is the evidence that blah blah".
Where Johnny, in his description of events, talks about evidence and testimony throughout the description in many of the paragraphs. Also notice that Johnny doesn't describe many incidents specifically (the two he does are December 15th and May 21st). He only briefly describes specific things she did during the marriage, and even says that he doesn't remember anything significant about the December 15th incident because nothing distinguished it from the many other incidents of violence that Heard carried out on his person.
You will also notice that the story Johnny has told has not changed at all, bar the addition of several facts, since he began telling the story in his declaration for the Sun case. Everything that has been said prior to May 20th, 2019 has stayed exactly the same. Conversely, Amber has changed several stories twice, and even up to three times, because each time the new version has been almost immediately debunked.

Anyone with training in text analysis, language cues, human behavior, argument analysis, memory, abuse, or legitimately any kind of psychology can easily spot the differences in Depp's telling and Heard's telling. One of them is lying, and it isn't Depp.

I will go through and compare the references to Heard's story that Depp uses, and point out how she is lying and how the assertion that she is lying is supported by his declaration.

But first, let's get some beginning analysis out of the way.
This is Johnny's response to Heard's declaration in regards to his defamation lawsuit.
​
The evidence, when and if it is released, will be added as a supplement to the bottom of this thread.

It contains a lot of information, and completely dismantles all of Heard's claims.
This paragraph amounts to what could be called the thesis statement of this document. Johnny refers to when she presented herself in court in 2016 with a sudden bruise on her face, and he states that he has always denied the allegations that she leveled against him, and will continue to deny them forever.
​
He also says in the beginning that all of Heard's violence allegations against him are 'categorically and demonstrably' false. At the end, he says that he 'never abused Heard or any other woman'.
Many of Heard's fans have claimed that either Johnny admitted to the abuse that Heard claimed happened (through their joint statement), or that other people have 'witnessed' the abuse. They claimed that Johnny never denied the abuse allegations, and even went so far as to claim that Johnny paid Heard money for her to drop the allegations.

It is important that he has started this document obliterating all of these claims. Not only did the joint statement reveal neither of them to be guilty, none of his employees, friends, or associates ever saw him abuse Ms. Heard, and he HAS always denied the allegations.

Now, Johnny states that Amber has manipulated the public into believing that she is a spokesperson for abuse victims because she herself 'is one'. He says that he wants to dismantle this pedestal that she has placed herself on to save those people that have been manipulated from her lies.
​
Notice that he has no malice towards anyone that believed her. He only wishes to reveal the truth to them.
​
He then goes on to describe all of the evidence that he has prepared to present against Heard's claims, including photographic evidence, audio recordings, and surveillance videos.
The reason he didn't have some of it before is because his previous lawyers concealed it from him.
Remember how Amber claimed that Johnny was the one doing all of the drugs, and because of the drugs, was abusing her?

Here Johnny says that SHE was the one abusing drugs and alcohol. You will notice a lot of instances like this that Johnny's claims are a direct mirror of what she claimed HE did.

In reality, she is the one that perpetrated all of the acts of violence that she claimed Johnny did to her.
Let me repeat this so everyone understands:

FOLLOWING THIS, THERE IS AN AUDIO RECORDING OF HER APOLOGIZING FOR KICKING A DOOR INTO JOHNNY DEPP'S HEAD AND PUNCHING HIM IN THE FACE.

SHE DENIED THIS SHIT FIRST LIKE THE SICK BINT SHE IS, AND THEN WHEN PRESENTED WITH THIS EVIDENCE IN HER DEPO, SHE ADMITTED TO IT.

Here we have Heard's normal gig: lying.

Notice that when asked about kicking the door into Johnny's head, she denied it UNTIL she was presented with evidence proving that she actually did it.

Then she had to admit to it.
​
She will lie about absolutely everything until she is forced to admit the truth.
Johnny Depp has witness statements supporting his claims of being abused by Amber Heard. He also has photographs taken by some of these people (with metadata).

Here Johnny mentions one of his most important pieces of evidence. Samantha McMillen, Heard's stylist at the time, directly refuted the story below of how Johnny apparently beat Amber on December 15th, 2015.

According to Heard, she was dragged around the condo by her hair, she was hit and slapped many times, had things thrown at her, broke her nose, and cut many times by glass.
But then why, only a day later, did Samantha McMillen testify that she saw Heard most of the day, and Heard had no injuries anywhere on her body?​
Heard's stans like the claim that Samantha must be lying because she was also Johnny's stylist at the time, and remains as his stylist...they say he must have paid her to lie.
​
But she is a very popular stylist with a very long client list. Losing Johnny Depp wouldn't put that big of a dent in the framework. She has no reason to lie.
